Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for business development, generating leads, customer engagement, and revenue growth for GlobalDWS products and solutions across target markets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and nurturing leads, creating proposals and achieving revenue growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat      business.

  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.

  • Knowledge of digital sales tools and social selling techniques.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Education
  • Degree in Business Commerce, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
