Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication between stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and scheduling of project activities.

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, reports, and meeting notes.

  • Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

  • Track project progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues.

  • Assist in budget monitoring and resource allocation.

  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates.

Requirements
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

  • Experience with budget tracking and reporting.

  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 


Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

PMA certification is a plus
